Withdraw an Order

Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.

You can submit your withdrawal request electronically using the form below. Please provide your order details as accurately as possible so we can process your request promptly.

After submitting the form, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your withdrawal request.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement. You may use the electronic withdrawal form below for this purpose.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods:

made to the consumer's specifications;
clearly personalised;
or otherwise customised in a way that makes them unsuitable for resale.

Where a product is explicitly described as personalised, custom-made, or produced according to customer instructions, the right of withdrawal may not apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Damaged or Worn Items

Please handle the goods only as you would be permitted to do in a retail store when assessing their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
