Where we ship
We currently ship from Switzerland to:

• Switzerland & Liechtenstein

• EU countries & UK

• Selected international destinations (excluding the USA)

Shipping costs

• Switzerland & Liechtenstein: Free for Club members / CHF 7 standard

• EU & UK: CHF 20 flat

• International (excl. USA): CHF 25 flat

Delivery times

• Switzerland: 2–4 business days

• EU & UK: 4–8 business days

• International: 7–14 business days

Order processing
Orders ship within 2–3 business days.
Each piece is packed in a reusable cotton drawstring bag — no plastic, just calm.

Duties & taxes
For orders outside Switzerland, local import duties or taxes may apply.
These are the responsibility of the customer.
