FAQ
Orders & Shipping
Questions related to submitting orders and shipping.
Where do you ship to?
How does shipping work?
We have two types of products and they ship differently.
Most of our apparel and accessories are produced on demand and fulfilled from the
location closest to you. This keeps shipping costs lower and reduces the emissions involved in getting your order to you.
Some products are designed, printed, and finished by hand in our studio in Arosa,
Switzerland. These are made in the Swiss Alps and carry a little more of where
we come from. Swiss customers can order these with confidence as they ship from
within Switzerland with no customs charges. International customers can order
these too, with standard international shipping rates.
I am a Swiss customer. Are there any customs charges?
If you order an in-house product printed in our Arosa studio, it ships from within
Switzerland — no customs charges apply. If you order a print-on-demand product,
it is fulfilled in Europe and shipped to you. Swiss customs charges may apply
on these orders. This is unfortunately outside our control, but we wanted to be
upfront about it.
Can I pickup my order?
In-house products are available for pickup from our studio in Arosa. Select this option
at checkout where available.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Print-on-demand orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days, then shipped directly to you. Delivery time after that depends on your location and the fulfilment centre
closest to you. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order
ships — that will give you the most accurate delivery estimate for your
specific order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Questions related to issues with your order.
What is your return policy?

info@1800mclub.ch and we will make it right.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us at info@1800mclub.ch with your order number and a photo of the issue. We
will send a replacement at no cost to you.
PRODUCTS
Questions related to our products.
What sizes do you offer?
Sizing varies by product. Each product page includes a full size guide. If you are
between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
How do I care for my 1800m Club apparel?
Wash inside out on a cool cycle. Do not tumble dry. This keeps the print looking
sharp for longer.
Are your products sustainable?
On-demand production means we only make what is ordered — no overproduction, no excess waste. We are continuously working to improve the sustainability of our
materials and packaging.
